VisaVoila is a company registered in the United Kingdom. We provide online visa preparation support, free visa information, and paid human guidance for people preparing visa applications.

VisaVoila helps you understand the visa option that appears suitable for your trip, prepare the right evidence, check for common mistakes, and understand practical next steps for appointments and submission.

Our service is provided online. We do not attend appointments, collect documents in person, submit applications in person, or act as your legal representative.

Visa decisions are made by the relevant embassy, consulate, visa centre, government authority, or appointed provider. VisaVoila cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted, that an appointment will be available by a particular date, or that processing will finish within a particular time.

VisaVoila does not use AI to analyse your application or documents. Our paid support is provided by real humans with visa application experience.

Appointment waiting times can be long in some countries. We can advise you on the best way forward based on your plans and circumstances, but appointment availability is controlled by the relevant authority or its appointed provider.

The VisaVoila support fee is separate from official visa fees, visa centre fees, embassy fees, courier fees, translation fees, insurance, travel costs, or other third-party costs. Official and third-party fees are usually paid directly to the relevant provider.

VisaVoila accepts payment online via Stripe. Your support begins after payment is confirmed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for giving accurate and complete information, checking documents before submission, attending any required appointment, and submitting your application to the relevant authority or provider.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page applies when you use the service, unless another written agreement applies.
